This recipe is made in authentic style blended with full cream milk ,rose preserves, rose syrup along milk solids along with dry fruits

Ingredients
- Full Cream Milk - 4 Cups
- Heavy Whipping cream - 1/2 cup
- Powdered sugar - 1/2 cup
- Rose preserves ( Gulkand) - 2 tablespoons
- White bread crumbs- 1/4 cup
- Khoya - 2 tablespoons
- Rose syrup- 1 tablespoon
- Sliced Almonds - 1tsp
- Sliced Pistachios- 1tsp
- Garnish:
- Falooda sev - 1/4 Cup
- Basil seeds- 2 tablespoons
- Edible rose petals- few
Directions
- Step 1 First step take a wide bottom pan add milk cook in medium flame by stirring at regular intervals prevents the milk to stick to bottom of the pan .
- Step 2 After milk is reduced to half add Heavy whipping cream,rose preservatives , powdered sugar, rose syrup and bread crumbs mix well cook for 10 minutes finally as the mixture thickens add khoya and crushed dry fruits remove from the flame allow the kulfi mixture to cool completely.
- Step 3 Then pour in Kulfi moulds allow to refrigerate for 8 hours then serve the yummicious Kulfi in desired way .
- Step 4 Note : Milk should be cooked until reduced half in quantity.
