This famous rich creamy dessert is made during Eid festival seasons blended with full cream milk, roasted vermicelli cooked along with additional ingredients to enhance the taste and texture to the recipe.

Ingredients
- Full Cream Milk - 4 Cups
- Vermicelli - 150 gms
- Ghee - 1/4 cup
- Sweet Condensed Milk - 14oz
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 tsp
- Rose water- 1/2 tsp
- Saffron- few threads
- Warm Water- 2 cups
- Dry fruits:
- Green/ Golden Raisins- 1/4 cup
- Dates Sliced - 1/2 cup
- Pistachios chopped- 1/4 cup
- Cashew-nuts sliced - 1/4 cup
- Almonds sliced - 1/4 cup
- Pecans- 1/4 cup
- Pumpkin seeds- 1/4 cup
Directions
- Step 1 First step add dry fruits in small bowls along with warm water soak for 20 minutes. Note: Except Raisins .
- Step 2 After 20 minutes drain the water and slice the dry fruits set aside.
- Step 3 Take a wide nonstick pan add ghee 3 tsp allow to become hot in low flame add dry fruits fry for 3 minutes transfer on plate keep aside.
- Step 4 On the same pan add 2 tsp ghee add vermicelli 150 gms fry it for few minutes set aside.
- Step 5 Take a wide bottom nonstick pan add milk full cream 4 cups keep flame medium allow to boil .
- Step 6 Next add cardamom powder 1/2 tsp to the milk mixture with the spatula mix at regular intervals.
- Step 7 At this point add fired dry fruits (keep some for garnishing ) in the boiling milk slowly mix in medium flame.
- Step 8 Next add the Vermicelli to the milk mixture keep stirring in medium flame allow to boil for 5 minutes then add sweet condensed milk 14oz slowly.
- Step 9 At this point allow the vermicelli to cook for 10 to 12 in medium flame.
- Step 10 Slowly the Mixture gets to boil gets to semi thick consistency.
- Step 11 Now add rose water- 1/2 tsp and few saffron threads mix with the milk mixture.
- Step 12 Sheer kurma is almost done add few fired dry fruits. Then remove from cool completely refrigerate to 5 to 6 hours.
- Step 13 Serve in desired glassware garnish with dry fruits.
